Aimee Dilger Named Senior Nursing Officer of Lourdes Health

Lourdes Health announced today that Aimee Dilger has been named Senior Nursing Officer at Lourdes Medical Center, effective February 9, 2025.

As a member of the executive team, Aimee will oversee clinical operations, support staff development, and advance quality initiatives across the organization. She will work closely with clinical and operational teams to strengthen communication, improve processes, and uphold the high standards of care that patients expect and deserve.

Aimee has served as Director of Nursing for Acute Care Services, supporting Lourdes Health’s Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, Respiratory, and Telemetry teams. Most recently, in addition to her role at Lourdes Health, she served as Interim Emergency Services Director at Trios Health, where she continued to demonstrate her ability to lead high-performing teams in dynamic clinical environments.
