"You guys are the best! Importantly, your entire clinic is organized and efficient. Appointments are usually very punctual, patient/clinic communication is excellent, and calls are returned (Tina has been excellent in this regard). She has been my "go to" contact and has been great with answers and follow-up. As for my total left knee replacement, it is now better than my right knee which was almost equally bad going in (see you next Nov/Dec for that one). As a closing note, my times with Dr. Higgs have been very satisfactory; he gives me all the time I need for my numerous technical questions. Very patient. Thank you all for your dedication to us patients. I have recommended Tri Cities Orthopedics to numerous friends!"
"I have had a hip and knee replacement with Dr. Merrell and Dr. Higgs, respectively. Both of the doctors and their staff have been wonderful, friendly, courteous, and provide expert service. I am impressed by the personnel as well as the results of the surgeries. PA Joe Webb has been especially helpful and the nurses have been wonderful. I can't say enough about the Tri-Cities Orthopedic Clinic. Making appointments is fast and easy and I don't have to wait. When my appointment time is at hand, so is the staff calling me in."
"Just a note to thank you for the wonderful care you provided after my fall. Your suggestion to take a cautious approach to healing and let the knee heal itself was much appreciated. Today I can almost bend my knee totally back. It keeps getting better each day. Physical therapy I have to admit was, at the beginning, not something I looked forward to. It was very painful but once I mastered peddling backward on the bike it gave me more confidence and I took off from there. Randie was an excellent PT and I looked forward to working with her. She was very encouraging and always 'gently' raised the bar on what she would like me to achieve. Again, many thanks for your wisdom and professional knowledge. Bill and I appreciate all you did to help me heal and for your guidance in working with him on his hip and back problems."
