Our hospital is committed to providing the highest quality care and ensuring the safety of our patients, employees, providers, volunteers and visitors. We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are taking the necessary steps to ensure we are fully prepared to care for patients, in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in partnership with our local and state health departments.

Vistor Restrictions, Limited Access Points, & Screenings
Lourdes Health is committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone who walks through our doors. We are continuing to work closely with the Benton-Franklin Health District and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
Out of an abundance of caution and to prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses, we are implementing visitor restrictions and have limited entry points to the hospital.
Hospital, Clinic & Counseling Center visitors are not permitted until further notice.
To help ensure the safety of our patients, providers, employees and community, our facilities have implemented a zero-visitor* protocol effective immediately at the hospital, clinics, Urgent Care and Counseling Center.
*Some exceptions may apply (e.g. pediatric patients, obstetric patients and those receiving end-of-life care).
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding while we stay focused on providing high-quality care. We have limited entry points to the hospital and are screening everyone – employees, providers, patients and the limited permissible visitors currently allowed – who enters the building. The following provides additional detail about both safety measures:
Limited Entry Points:
Until otherwise notified, all patients & visitors entering the hospital should come through our emergency department entrance. This entrance is open 24 hours a day. All other entry points will be closed until further notice.
All patients, visitors and staff entering the hospital will be screened with questions regarding respiratory symptoms and travel history, per CDC recommendations. Patients with symptoms will immediately be provided masks and managed per CDC guidelines. Based on the screening, visitors may also be asked to take their temperature, speak further with someone, or come back at a later date. Screening will occur upon every entry.

Medical Records Information:
At this time, Lourdes Health is not going to allow patients to come in and get their records. We will be accepting medical records release requests by phone only until further notice. Please call 509.546.2205 and leave your name and phone number. We will return your call within 24-48 hours to process your request.
COVID-19 Online Risk Assessment:
To help support the health of our community, we are providing access to an online COVID-19 risk assessment developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This tool does NOT provide a diagnosis, and it should NOT be used as a substitute for an assessment made by a healthcare provider.
